Villa Oasi, si trova in un contesto di residence di ville a schiera, tutte di recente ristrutturazione.
La posizione della villa è in punto molto strategico per chi visitare la Sicilia e sopratutto la provincia di Trapani e Palermo, ha a 2 km l’autostrada.
La casa dispone di un ampio giardino privato con la possibilità di ospitare 2-3 posti auto, offre molta privacy e c’è anche una piccola fontanella dove potersi sciacquare quando si viene dalla spiaggia. La grande veranda che subito si nota all’ingresso da il benvenuto per accedere all’interno della casa e subito ci immettiamo nella zona giorno che fa da baricentro alle 3 camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno, in una delle 3 camere troviamo anche un bagno in camera. La casa nel retro dispone di un cortile dove possiamo trovare una doccia esterna e il reparto lavanderia.
E’ dotata di lenzuola e asciugamani, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, 2 condizionatori, tv, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e forno normale, cucina completa di utensili e un barbecue nel giardino.
Vicino ci sono; mini market, ristoranti/pizzerie, bar/tabacchi. La villa è trifamiliare, solamente l’ingresso principale esterno è condiviso con chi abita negli altri alloggi, per il resto è in totale indipendenza. Posto auto priva all’interno, anche per una seconda auto.
Doccia esterna con acqua calda.

Villa Oasi, is located in the context of a residence of terraced villas, all recently renovated.
The villa is located in a very strategic point for those visiting Sicily and especially the province of Trapani and Palermo, it is 2 km from the highway.
The house has a large private garden with the ability to accommodate 2-3 cars, offers a lot of privacy and there is also a small fountain where you can rinse off when you come from the beach. The large veranda that is immediately visible at the entrance welcomes you to enter the house and immediately we enter the living area that is the center of gravity of the 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom, in one of the 3 bedrooms we also find a bathroom in the room. The house in the back has a courtyard where we can find an outdoor shower and the laundry department.
It is equipped with sheets and towels, washing machine, iron, ironing board, 2 air conditioners, TV, dishwasher, microwave and normal oven, kitchen complete with utensils and a barbecue in the garden.
Near there are; mini market, restaurants / pizzerias, bars / tobacconists. The villa is three-family, only the main external entrance is shared with those who live in the other accommodations, the rest is in total independence. Private parking space inside, even for a second car.
